Step #1: Truth

You can’t sugar coat, embellished or pretend that you’re in a better place, or a worse place than you are. You need to take off your rose-coloured glasses or those loser lenses that are changing the way you see things. It’s really important that you see things for what they are.
Get clarity on your current reality and accept that truth. You can’t expect to move forward if you're not truthful with where you’re at right now.
Step #2: Review
Now that you’re seeing things for what they are, and you are owning your truth, it’s time to determine what could change. Review is looking at all the possibilities for both their positive and negative consequences.
It’s all about how you might mitigate against any risks to limit your downside, and what you may do to maximise your upside. Review all the options and decide what's your next best step towards your goals, dreams and outcomes?
Determine what you are willing to sacrifice and what you are absolutely committed to doing with no excuses. Set a new standard for how you show up.
Step #3: Undo
This is where you undo the damage you've been doing to yourself. Stop doing those things that are holding you back or harming your progress. You know what they are! It may be your favourite distraction, or focusing on actions that aren’t leading you to the result you want.

It’s essential that you are tracking and measuring your results. What you don’t measure you can’t manage! Track your progress and measure if you are taking the right action. This is how you know if you're moving the needle in the right direction.
